We are here to listen and hold space in a safe, non judgemental way. We have great respect for the ever changing field of brain and body health and how it is all interconnected - never to consider one without the other. As parents and caregivers at home and at work there is so much demanding of our attention, it can be depleting. One of our focal points is to help you make yourself a priority - to replenish, establish your sense of self, nourish yourself, and create your own sturdy foundation. We hope to facilitate a path out of survival mode in your role as a parent, caregiver, business owner, or whatever else life asks of you. We specialize in making space for caregivers to care for themselves. We are here to witness your stories, and help you listen to your own body and understand how it speaks to you. Some clients come in for quarterly tune ups to re-center,and recharge. Others attend groups and individual sessions on a more regular basis - weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly. We can work with you to find a balance that fits your life.
Talk therapy is only part of the equation and just talking can be tedious and difficult, or even begin to feel unproductive. Therefore, we have developed a practice wherein you can combine somatics, breathwork, hiking, walking, body movement, with talk therapy or wellness coaching. This is a holistic wellness practice where all parts of you are recognized. There is no one size fits all, so we offer a variety of options to help you feel at ease and move in the direction of finding your best self.

Our services/ Packages
Wellness Coaching Session/Nutrition Mission - Discover your wellness goals and we will work together to help you acheieve them! EXAMPLES: NUTRITION, GUT HEALTH, MIND-BODY CONNECTION, MOVEMENT, SOMATIC PRACTICES, MEDITATION, AND MORE.
Trail Talk Session - Combine movement with talk therapy and see how much more productive it feels!
Half and Half - Half hike/movement therapy and half breath work/somatic practice (yoga,sound healing,breath work,tapping).
Recovery Coaching - Combine your goals of therapy and movement with moving toward a clean lifestyle. This does not have to follow traditional protocals or stereotypical modalities but can be a place where you simply ponder a more sober way of living even if you are not ready to make those changes quite yet.
Mom Power Hour - Mothers of all ages from newborn to adult children can take advantage of a Mom Power Hour session to discuss the many roadmaps of motherhood and all of its present day challenges. (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP OPTIONS AVAILABLE)
Pregnancy Preparation - Utilize this time to discuss your excitement, your hopes, and dreams as well as potential fears and concerns about becoming a mother. (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP OPTIONS AVAILABLE)
Grieve and Grow - Take grief at your own pace. Healing takes many forms as you grieve anything from the death of a pet or a family member, to the end of a marriage or ending one chapter in your life in order to begin another. We are here to hold space for you as you move through the stages in your own way. (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP OPTIONS AVAILABLE)
Perimeno-PAUSE! - We can hold space for you to be really heard about what you are experiencing during perimenopause and menopause. This is one of the most challenging times in a woman’s life and we deserve to be taken seriously, respected, and given the freedom to speak truthfully about this trying time when bodies and hormones and brain function shift drastically. We can help guide you during this phase of life change and help direct you in a path forward that feel most comfortable, putting you in touch with other practitioners that can pick up where our scope of practice leaves off. Meet Sarah. She has worked in the mental health and wellness field for almost 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College in 2002 and from there went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Community Mental Health while working full time in Community Mental Health. Sarah spent many years working with people who braved their way through both mental health and substance abuse challenges. Her wide range of experience working with homeless and incarcerated individuals in her early days, to working in hospital inpatient settings, has broadened her view on human resilience. As Lead Therapist at Next Level Recovery in SLC, Utah she lead recovery and therapy groups as well as had the opportunity to see these clients for both individual therapy sessions, getting to see how their time spent in these facilities offered many opportunities for growth and change: education, self-reflection, and a toolbox to use in the real world.
Sarah has worked in all facets of mental health and recovery from Intensive Inpatient, Intensive Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient care at various facilities throughout her career. She eventually landed in private practice in Park City, Utah and has continued to enjoy working with individuals who really want to be a part of their own healing process. In a therapeutic setting her goal is to combine treatment modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Strength based, Movement based, and Evidence based practices with her experience and knowledge of Wellness Coaching - utilizing somatic work and alternative wellness based practices tailored to the person she is working with. As a mother, a wife, and a professional, she finds several aspects of the human spirit to be particularly important while tending to your own truth: courage, integrity, intention, resilience, dignity, and hope. If you feel like you have lost touch with any of those pieces of yourself, it is never too late to start peeling back the layers to find them again. We are private pay providers. We do not accept insurance. We are happy to work with you on a price that meets your needs as we offer sliding scale pricing! Contact us and we will work with you to navigate a feasible cost.

Sessions range from $100-$200, depending on length of session/ and variation of services. However, we do not want pricing to be a barrier to recieving support, so we can work with you on pricing. Please contact me for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.
