About me

The foundation of my practice is Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a strength-based approach. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, I offer walk and talk therapy. Often clients come in feeling “frozen” or “paralyzed” by anxiety, fear, or sadness.

Movement therapy can help you feel not only, “unstuck” as you move forward literally, with each step but also restored and more at peace. Walking while you talk helps to strengthen the mind-body connection. Many clients find it enriches the counseling session.

  • I am a private pay provider. I do not accept insurance. I work with you on a sliding scale if needed!

  • Sessions range from $100-$200, depending on length, services. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I also love to work with uninsured clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!
